Về Fluency & Coherence:
Nhiều thí sinh Việt Nam có xu hướng dừng lại quá lâu để suy nghĩ từ vựng “khó”. Đây là sai lầm lớn. Examiner không đánh giá cao việc bạn dùng từ khó nếu nó phá vỡ fluency. Thay vào đó, hãy sử dụng discourse markers như “Well”, “Actually”, “Let me think” để duy trì luồng nói trong khi suy nghĩ. Điều quan trọng là giữ momentum, không để có những khoảng im lặng dài trên 2-3 giây.
Về Lexical Resource:
Đừng cố nhồi nhét quá nhiều từ vựng nâng cao vào một câu. Điều này thường dẫn đến việc sử dụng sai ngữ cảnh hoặc collocations không tự nhiên. Thay vào đó, hãy tập trung vào việc sử dụng 3-4 collocations chính xác và tự nhiên trong mỗi câu trả lời. Xử Lý Tình Huống Khó
Khi không hiểu câu hỏi:
Đừng bao giờ pretend bạn hiểu và trả lời ngẫu nhiên. Hãy lịch sự yêu cầu clarification: “I’m sorry, could you rephrase that question?” hoặc “Do you mean…?” Điều này không làm giảm điểm của bạn và thể hiện communication skills tốt hơn.
Khi bị bí ý:
